★  Silent Disco Ecstatic Dance Guidelines

1. No talking

2. No drugs/alcohol

3. Dance however you wish

4. Respect yourself and one another

6. Bring your own water bottle.

7. Photos and videos are allowed. Don't want to be photographed? No problem! Let us know before.

 

★ COVID19 Measures (from 1st of July)

1. Stay home if you have mild cold-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, a mild cough or fever below 38 degreesC) -- we'll have more events later!

3. Physical contact is allowed during the session, as Ecstatic Dance is considered a contactsport.

4. Respect those who do prefer the 1,5m distance-rule.

5. Disinfectants will be available.

6. Don't forget to bring your own water bottle. ;)
